Tuesday night at his residence Northeast of Smartsburg occurred the death of Benjamin Martin, aged 74 years. Mr. Martin was born in Butler County, Ohio, but had long been a resident of this county. He leaves a wife and six grown children, four daughters and two sons. The funeral occurred from the house Thursday morning at 10:30 o’clock, conducted by Rev. T. J. Reeder. Interment was at Pisgah Cemetery. “S”
